theAtTLAS, Basarab Nicolescu, Educar para Vivir, Global Education MagazineLa Conferencia ATLAS 2014: Transdisciplinaridad, transnacionalidad y transculturalidad tuvo lugar en Taichung (Taiwan) en la Universidad de Asia durante los dias 8-13 de June de 2014. El programa de la Conferencia Internacional consistio’ en articulos seleccionados que empatizaban con la transdisciplinariedad, la transnacionalidad y la transculturalidad de los problemas globales. Durante la conferencia, investigadores multiculturales, practicantes y educadores compartieron sus experiencias y reflexiones concernientes al impacto de la diversidad cultural en la educacion.

ATLAS celebro un evento especial para hacer honor al Profesor Dr. Basarab Nicolescu por su contribucion a la Transdisciplinaridad. En el mismo evento, el Profesor Dr. Basarab Nicolescu tambien acepto ser el primer Miembro de Honor de Global Education Magazine, una revista editada por la ONG Educar para Vivir y el DMMDC.

Con el titulo «The Cosmodernity: a Transdisciplinary, Transnational, and Transcultural Approach to Build a Transdemocratic Horizon in the Global Citizenship Education Proposed by UNESCO«, Javier Collado Ruano presento el articulo cientifico escrito junto a sus orientadores de tesis doctoral, Dr. Dante Augusto Galeffi y Dr. Roberto Inacio Leon Ponczek de la Universidade Federal da Bahia (Brasil).

theAtTLAS, Basarab Nicolescu, Educar para Vivir, Global Education MagazineTheATLAS Conference 2014: Transdisciplinary, Transnational, and Transcultural, took place in Taichung (Taiwan) at Asia University during June 8-13, 2014. The International Conference program consisted in selected papers emphasizing transdisciplinary, transnational, and transcultural global problems. During the conference, multicultural researchers, practitioners, and educators shared their experiences and thoughts concerning the impact diverse cultural backgrounds have on education.

ATLAS celebrated a special event in order to honoring Professor Dr. Basarab Nicolescu for his contribution to Transdisciplinary. At the same event, Professor Dr. Basarab Nicolescu also accepted to become the first Honorary Membership in Global Education Magazine, an e-journal edited by the NGO Education for Life and DMMDC.
